Breakfast was fair, eggs did not taste real, and sort of the same hot breakfast daily. Biscuit and gravy would be a nice addition and upgrade in bagels and real juice.

The man at the front desk was exceptional. His customer service was excellent and he was very friendly and funny. You can tell he loves his job. All front desk employees should take notes.

Convenient location for exploring Lake Charles area. Nice large clean room, very good breakfast with several choices. Friendly helpful staff. Safe area. Lots of dining choices nearby.

Very clean!!! And quite too. The guy who was working the desk on my checkin day was awesome he was my kind of personality! If every property had someone like him I'd be very pleased!

Location is central to majority of the entertainment & shopping. Rooms are clean & well maintained. Staff was also exceptionally pleasant. Shoutout to Mr.Rodney !
